2. No Liability for Pet Contracting Illness: While we maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee that your pet will not contract an illness during their time with us. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pet's vaccinations are up to date.
3. Owner Must Provide Dog ID Tag: Owners must ensure that their dog wears a properly fitted ID tag on their collar at all times during our services.
4. Owner Liability for Harm Caused by Their Dog: Owners are solely liable for any harm caused by their dog towards another dog or person during the course of our services.
5. Cancellation Policy: Any appointments cancelled within 1 week of the booking date will incur a full charge.
6. No Responsibility for Neutered or Spayed Dogs: If your dog is neutered or spayed, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may arise as a result of their reproductive status.
7. Damage to Equipment: Any damage caused to our equipment by your dog is the sole responsibility of the owner.
8. Emergency Protocol: In the event of an emergency, our walker will contact the owner using the contact numbers provided to confirm the appropriate course of action.
